Federal High-technology Radiological Center

In 2019, the Company completed a large-scale construction of «Federal Scientific Clinical Center for Medical Radiology and Oncology» as a part of a state contract.
That was built in the city of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region. The center is equipped with unique high-tech equipment and put into service. This scientific medical center is designed to provide secondary radiological care at the level of modern achievements of world medical science and practice. The Clinical Proton Therapy Center is the main structural element of the «Federal Scientific Clinical Center for Medical Radiology and Oncology», equipped with an isochronous cyclotron PROTEUS -235 manufactured by IBA, Belgium, two gantry cabins with a 360° rotation angle, a cabin with an inclined beam and an eye cabin with a fixed beam.
There were built 13 medical buildings, including:

• Proton Center;
• Nuclear Medicine Center, including the Radionuclide Diagnostics Building and the Radionuclide Therapy Building;
• Radiological Building;
• Rehabilitation building;
• Advisory polyclinic for 240 visits per shift;
• 312-bed hospital with a modern surgery block;
• Specialty pharmacy

Children's polyclinic of the Federal State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "Clinical Hospital No. 50 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency"

Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Federal Center of Nuclear Medicine Project Design and Development» of the FMBA of Russia, as a general contractor, executes the State Contract for the design, construction and equipment of the Children's polyclinic of the Federal State Budgetary healthcare institution "Clinical Hospital No. 50 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency" in Sarov, Nizhny Novgorod region. It
The children's polyclinic of the health care institution "Clinical Hospital No. 50 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency" in Sarov is designed for 300 visits per shift and is intended for carrying out preventive measures aimed at preventing diseases and providing medical care to children under the age of 16. This hospital is the most important healthcare facility for the needs of the closed city district, as well as for the employees of the city-forming enterprise RFNC-VNIIEF

The state contract execution period is 2023.

Within the framework of the implementation of the State Contract and the Federal Target Program "Ensuring Nuclear and Radiation Safety for 2016-2020 and for the period up to 2030", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1248 of November 19, 2015, the construction of the facility, including design and survey work, is underway. This facility is a Medical and Sanitary Unit No. 5 of the Federal State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "Novorossiysk Clinical center of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency " in Volgodonsk, Rostov region.
Medical and Sanitary Unit No. 5 of the Federal State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "Novorossiysk Clinical center of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency " is the most important healthcare facility for the needs of the Branch of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC (Rostov NPP), as well as for residents of the city, as it will be equipped with the most modern diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment.
Medical and Sanitary Unit No. 5 is designed for 700 visits per shift, is intended for carrying out preventive measures aimed at preventing diseases and providing medical care to somatic patients who have been exposed to radiation in radiation-hazardous industries.

The implementation period of the Program Event is 2016-2025.
